Education and Prevention

In addition to providing fire suppression and EMS, we are committed to providing service and educational opportunities to help our residents prepare for, respond to and prevent emergencies. Our volunteers and staff have additional training allowing us to offer classes such as CPR and Stop The Bleed. Several of our crew members are certified car seat technicians who can assist caregivers with installing car seats. Station tours and school visits are offered to help students overcome fear of first responders and be more aware of what to expect when they call for help.
